PURPOSE

Determine the training requirements before fixing the final agenda

This TNA assesses public participants’ current knowledge, skill and attitude across four practical AI business-build domains. It identifies ability gaps, topic demand, barriers and desired outcomes so the two-day course can prioritise the right examples, pacing, build support and assessment evidence.

METHODOLOGY

Public ability checklist plus qualitative questions

  2. 02They identify relevant topics, one primary priority and desired business outcomes.
  3. 03They report urgent business challenges, implementation barriers and learning preference.
  4. 04Open responses define a worthwhile two-day result and trainer preparation needs.

TRAINING RECOMMENDATION

Adapt time and support according to the combined gap

Prioritise the track with the largest combined ability gap and participant demand. Keep at least 70% of contact time practical. Form mixed-ability build teams, prepare beginner templates for scores below 40%, and add independent stretch tasks for scores above 70%. Use the published website, operating-system module, agent test record and content campaign as practical evidence.
