Request deletion of your AIHC data.

1. Email hello@ai-human.club with the subject AIHC data deletion request.
2. Send the request from your AIHC account email. Include your name and whether you signed in with Google, ChatGPT or Facebook/Meta.
3. Tell us whether you want a specific record deleted or your full AIHC account and associated personal data deleted.
4. Do not email your password, access token, payment-card number or government ID. If more verification is needed, we will provide a safer method.

If you connected Meta in Creator Studio, you can first open the Meta ads workspace and choose Disconnect Meta. This removes AIHC's stored connection and encrypted access token.

You may also remove AIHC from your Facebook settings and then email us using the steps above. Your request can cover Meta user identifiers, selected business assets, publication records and the stored connection.

For a verified full-account request, we will delete or de-identify personal data associated with the account where it is not required to be retained. Depending on your use, that can include:

• Account profile, sign-in identities and active sessions.
• Learning progress, follows, consent choices and programme registrations.
• Creator application, creator workspace content and uploaded media.
• Corporate discovery, quiz or support submissions tied to you.
• Meta connection data, encrypted tokens and AIHC publication records.
• WhatsApp permissions and AIHC-managed message records.

We will acknowledge the request, verify that you control the relevant account, identify the data in scope, complete the deletion and send confirmation. If we cannot delete a record, we will explain the category and reason. Complex requests or provider dependencies may take additional time, but we will keep you informed.

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for payment and tax records, fraud and security prevention, legal claims, regulatory duties or proof that a deletion request was completed. We may also retain de-identified data that can no longer reasonably identify you. Data in protected backups is removed through the normal backup lifecycle and is not returned to active use.

An AIHC deletion request does not delete your separate Google, ChatGPT, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Stripe or Cloudflare account. Content already delivered to or published on another platform must also be managed under that provider's controls. We will delete AIHC's copy and connection data within the verified scope of your request.
