Privacy notice

Your data should help you learn and create — nothing more.

This notice explains how AI Human Club (AIHC) handles personal data when you use ai-human.club, join a programme, work as a creator, connect Meta or WhatsApp, or use our AI creation tools.

01

Who this notice covers

AI Human Club (AIHC, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides the AIHC website, learning experiences, events, creator tools and business services. This notice applies to learners, creators, event attendees, creator applicants, business contacts and other visitors who use those services.

For questions about this notice or our use of personal data, email hello@ai-human.club.

02

Data we collect

Depending on what you use, we may collect:

  • Account and identity data, such as your name, email address, account role, preferred language and sign-in provider identifiers.
  • Learning and community activity, including creator follows, resource unlocks, progress, consent choices, support interest, meetup registrations and attendance.
  • Creator and business information, including applications, portfolio links, course or event details, company discovery responses and related communications.
  • Contact and messaging data, such as phone number, WhatsApp permissions, messages and reminder status when you choose WhatsApp features.
  • Payment data, including purchase status and Stripe account, product, price, checkout or transaction references. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored directly by AIHC.
  • Creative and AI inputs, such as uploaded images, filenames, usage-rights confirmations, prompts, programme details, ad copy and generated outputs.
  • Connected Meta data, such as Facebook user ID, Meta ad accounts, Pages, Instagram professional accounts, selected assets, campaign settings, publication status and an encrypted access token.
  • Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser or device information, session records, referral and campaign parameters, security events and actions taken on the service.

03

Where data comes from

We receive data directly from you, automatically when you use the service, and from services you choose to connect. Those services may include Google or ChatGPT for sign-in, Meta for Facebook and Instagram advertising, WhatsApp for messaging, Stripe for payments, and Zoom for online event delivery and attendance records.

A creator, event organiser or business contact may also provide information needed to manage a programme or respond to a request. We ask them to have authority to share it.

04

How we use data

  • Provide accounts, learning resources, creator studios, events and business services.
  • Generate and store creative drafts, including copy, images, landing pages and ad previews.
  • Connect creator-selected Meta assets and publish ads only after the creator reviews and confirms the action.
  • Process registrations and payments, support creator payouts, and keep financial records.
  • Send service messages and, where you have agreed, creator updates or WhatsApp messages.
  • Measure referrals and service usage, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse and secure the platform.
  • Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our terms.

05

Who receives data

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it only as needed for the purposes above:

  • Infrastructure and software providers, including Cloudflare for hosting, storage, security and delivery.
  • Connected services, including Google, OpenAI, Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe and Zoom, when their services are needed or you choose to connect them.
  • Creators and programme operators, where necessary to deliver a resource, event or service you requested.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, when reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention or compliance purposes.
  • A successor organisation, if AIHC is involved in a merger, financing, reorganisation or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice.

Some providers process data outside Malaysia. Where required, we use contractual and other appropriate measures for cross-border processing.

06

Cookies and local storage

AIHC uses essential session technologies to keep you signed in and protect account actions. Your browser may also store preferences such as theme and language. Referral or campaign parameters may be recorded to understand how people find a programme.

We use the Meta Pixel to record page views, programme views, completed registrations, checkout starts and Stripe-confirmed purchases for Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement and attribution. Purchase events include the programme identifier, price and currency, but not payment-card details. Automatic Advanced Matching is not enabled, and AIHC does not send form email addresses or phone numbers through the Pixel. Meta may receive technical identifiers and these event details under its own privacy terms. Browser controls and Meta advertising settings may limit this tracking. You can clear browser storage or restrict cookies, but essential account functions may stop working.

07

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the service, security, dispute resolution, financial record-keeping and legal requirements. Retention varies by record and relationship.

Founding creator applications are normally scheduled for retention review 180 days after the latest review activity. Session and OAuth records expire on shorter technical schedules. When data is no longer required, we delete, anonymise or securely isolate it, subject to backups and records we must retain.

08

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold your personal data and request access, correction or deletion. You may withdraw consent, object to direct marketing, disconnect Meta, or ask us to limit certain processing.

Account controls let signed-in users manage creator-update consent and selected registrations. For a full request, follow our data deletion instructions or email us. We may verify your identity before acting and may retain limited records where the law or a legitimate security, payment or dispute need requires it.

09

Security and children

We use access controls, token encryption, restricted creator workspaces and other administrative and technical safeguards designed for the nature of the data. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

AIHC is not intended for a child to provide personal data without the involvement or permission required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided data inappropriately, contact us so we can review it.

10

Changes and contact

We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal obligations change. We will post the new date here and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your choices.
