Clear rules for learning, creating and publishing with AIHC.

By accessing or using AI Human Club (AIHC), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice. If you use AIHC for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional written terms may apply to a paid programme, creator engagement or business project; those additional terms control if they conflict with these general terms.

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure.
• Use only accounts and business assets you are authorised to access.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Creator, reviewer and administrator access may require approval and may be removed if eligibility changes.

AIHC provides learning resources, programme previews, registrations, creator workspaces, media and copy tools, AI-assisted creation, business discovery services and integrations with third-party platforms. Features may be added, changed, suspended or retired as the platform develops. Drafts and previews are not a promise that a programme, campaign or result will launch.

You retain ownership of content you submit to AIHC. You grant AIHC a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, reproduce, adapt and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested services and to publish content or ads you instruct us to publish.

You must have the necessary rights, licences and permissions for every image, logo, claim, testimonial, dataset, prompt and other item you upload or publish. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless the relevant feature clearly requires it and you are authorised to do so.

AIHC owns its platform software, branding, layouts and original materials, excluding your content and third-party materials. These terms do not grant you rights to use AIHC branding outside the service.

AI-generated copy, images, landing pages and suggestions are drafts. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output or unsuitable for your audience. You are responsible for reviewing facts, claims, spelling, rights, disclosures and local requirements before use.

Do not treat AIHC output as legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice. AIHC does not guarantee campaign approval, delivery, performance, revenue or any particular result.

Meta ad features let an approved creator connect authorised Meta business assets, prepare a campaign and request publication. You remain responsible for the ad account, budget, audience, destination, creative, claims and compliance with Meta policies and applicable law.

• AIHC will not publish an ad until the creator completes the required review and confirmation flow.
• Meta may reject, restrict, pause or change delivery of an ad independently of AIHC.
• Advertising spend and Meta charges are incurred through your selected Meta ad account.
• Disconnecting Meta from AIHC removes the stored connection but does not delete campaigns or ads already created in Meta Ads Manager.

Your use of Facebook, Instagram and Meta business assets is also governed by Meta's own terms and policies.

Prices, currency, included services and any refund terms are shown at checkout or in the programme-specific offer. Payments may be processed by Stripe. Creators using connected payouts must complete Stripe verification and comply with Stripe requirements.

Unless a specific offer says otherwise, statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Advertising spend paid to Meta is separate from AIHC programme or platform charges and is subject to Meta's billing rules.

You must not misuse AIHC, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape personal data, upload malware, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, send unlawful messages, publish deceptive claims, discriminate unlawfully, or use the service for illegal, harmful or abusive activity. You must not attempt to obtain another creator's token, ad account or private workspace data.

AIHC works with services such as Google, OpenAI, Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe and Cloudflare. Their services have separate terms, privacy practices, availability and decisions. AIHC is not responsible for an outage, restriction or action controlled by a third-party provider, but we will take reasonable steps to operate our integration correctly.

You may stop using AIHC and disconnect supported integrations at any time. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, connected assets, the service or third parties; investigate misuse; comply with law; or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and an available review path.

AIHC is provided with reasonable care but, to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular commercial result. You are responsible for decisions made from drafts, previews, analytics and connected-platform data.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, neither party is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern fairly.

We may update these terms as services and legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted with a new date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Questions may be sent to hello@ai-human.club.
