CLINIC AI IMPLEMENTATION

Practical AI for clinic operations.

Help your front desk and operations team handle appointment enquiries, approved service information, follow-up tasks and daily reporting. Start with one workflow, then build and test it with the people doing the work.

START WITH THE DAILY WORK

Four useful places to begin.

For clinic owners, practice managers and front-desk leads. These are proposed applications to scope around your existing systems and team.

01

Appointment enquiries

Collect booking preferences from incoming enquiries, organise requests and make the next action visible to the front desk.

Team checkpoint

Staff confirm availability and exceptions in the scheduling system.

02

Front-desk answers

Prepare replies using approved information such as opening hours, service descriptions and booking instructions.

Team checkpoint

Clinical questions and uncertain answers go to the responsible staff member.

03

Follow-up and team handoffs

Turn administrative follow-ups into tasks with owners, due dates and a shared view of what still needs attention.

Team checkpoint

Agree on consent, recipients and message review before enabling outbound automation.

04

Operations and management

Bring appointment activity, task progress and agreed operating records into a useful management summary.

Team checkpoint

Managers check summaries against source records and investigate exceptions.

FROM DISCOVERY TO DAILY USE

Build a pilot your team can evaluate.

01

Map the workflow

Document the task, handoffs, existing tools and an operational measure such as enquiry handling time.

02

Agree the scope

Confirm inputs, permissions, human review, integration options and written acceptance checks.

03

Build and test

Use suitable sample data for the pilot. Test typical requests, uncertain answers and failed handoffs.

04

Train and review

Hand over operating instructions, agree on support and compare results with the starting baseline.

BEFORE WE TALK

Clinic implementation questions.

What is clinic AI implementation?+

It is the work of fitting AI and automation into a defined clinic workflow: mapping the task, choosing suitable tools, connecting approved information, testing outputs and training the team. AIHC focuses here on administrative and operational work, with clinical decisions retained by qualified professionals.

Can we keep our current booking or practice-management system?+

We first review the system, available APIs or exports, access permissions and the vendor's terms. Integration is confirmed during scoping. A standalone pilot may be more suitable when a reliable connection is unavailable.

Have you built a related business workflow?+

Marcus built five systems for Fame’s Code, a wellness and service business: POS, Team Portal, WhatsApp automation, Management Portal and Customer Portal. The case shows original interfaces with demonstration data. It demonstrates related service operations; it is not evidence of a clinical deployment or measured medical outcomes.

What should we share in the first conversation?+

Describe one repeated task, your current tools, the people involved and the result you want to improve. Use anonymised examples. Patient records are not needed in the public enquiry form; data access and handling are agreed during discovery.

How much does a project cost, and how long does it take?+

Cost and timing depend on the workflow, integrations, data readiness, user roles and testing. After discovery, the proposal identifies milestones, acceptance checks, third-party fees and support. Start with one workflow before deciding on a wider rollout.

Where can we work with AIHC?+

AIHC has teams in Penang, KL & Selangor, Johor Bahru, Sabah, Sarawak, Hong Kong and Singapore. Share your location and delivery needs so we can confirm the appropriate team and format.

ONE WORKFLOW IS ENOUGH TO START

Which task slows your team down?

Tell us about the task, your current software and who handles it. We will use that context to discuss a practical starting point.
